Andrea Dalrymple

Andrea Dalrymple is an international real estate professional with a background in both commercial and residential real estate. While working for Cushman & Wakefield she focused on the high street retail leasing in Prague, Czech Republic. Andrea has experience with sales, leasing, preservation, and property management. She attended the University of Finance and Administration in Prague, earning both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Economics and Management. Additionally, Andrea earned a certificate in Property Management from Cornell University.

As a licensed real estate agent in Virginia and licensee in Alaska, her focus is on upscale sellers, buyers, developers and leasing properties of discernment. Andrea is passionate about historical preservation, art history, and architecture, which allows her to bring a unique sophisticated European design perspective to showcasing properties. Andrea is dedicated to helping her clients in all aspects of securing, preserving, restoring, buying, and selling properties in the Alaska and Virginia markets. She is relentless in achieving results for both buyers and sellers regardless of market conditions.

Outside of the real estate world, Andrea lives her dream life with her husband Jonathan, and their two young daughters, both of whom attend elementary school in Anchorage. Andrea is an equine enthusiast and rides her horse every chance she gets. Andrea is an avid skier and is active around the Anchorage and Matsu Valley communities.
