Since the property has been owned by the current owner, a swath (Future Orion Avenue) has been cut in running West from Midnight Sun, along the Northern property boundary to (future Scoby Way). Orion Avenue (no street sign) is about 1/2 mile South of Borealis Avenue on West side of Midnight Sun. Walking West from Midnight Sun, the property is approx 1/4 mile in to the NE corner. There is a mix of aspen, spruce and pine trees and possible other types of trees in the mix.. Some of the trees are standing dead common in the area.
